MATERNITY PORTRAITS
Yes, you are beautiful!
Southeast Houston Maternity Photographer - Tidmore Portraits
Getting a maternity portrait done is a wonderful way to document your pregnancy journey with your partner. Let your little one know how much they were loved even before they were born.
I have several beautiful maternity gowns and fabrics so you won't have to worry about what to wear. Nine months may feel like a long time, but it passes so quickly. Having a lovely wall art collection and an album is a perfect way to treasure these portraits for a lifetime.
I can create your images at our studio, on location, or in the privacy of your own home. Most of my clients choose the at home option, since they don't have to deal with traffic.
The ideal time for a fine art maternity portrait is 32-34 weeks, but I can handle whatever time works best for you.

PROFESSIONAL AND ARTISTIC
Trent is absolutely amazing and talented! I did a maternity shoot with him. He is very professional and artistic. Before our session he sent me a ton of ideas to choose from but also welcomed any of my ideas. I was extremely happy with my pictures!

RESPECTFUL AND COMFORTABLE
Trent and his work is AMAZING! I did a maternity shoot with him. He was very prompt and detailed. I was a bit nervous, but he was so respectful and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The poses and photos he captured were breathtaking!!!! He had the pictures back in a timely manner, and had done everything I asked him as far as some editing perfectly! Well worth every penny!

GREAT EXPERIENCE
I used Tidmore Portraits for my maternity shoot and it was such a great experience. He was able to come into my home and set up the entire shoot there. Being pregnant, this was so convenient. The pictures came out absolutely stunning. I get so many compliments and everyone is shocked when they find out it was done from the comfort of my own home.

Things to Consider When Choosing a Photographer
When shopping around for photographers, check if their portfolio matches your tastes. While your stylistic preferences for your newborn or maternity photos is important, each artist has a different methodology. At Tidmore Portraits, you can set up a consultation with me to discuss your needs and preferences. Either in person or over the phone, you can talk about clothing, accessories, props, and locations. If you have a specific session style you would like to try, or if you found something on our website that really spoke to you, I will happily discuss the possibilities.
Another thing to consider is experience. Working with a veteran photographer with years of organizing shoots and creating custom portraits goes a long way in ensuring a quality end product. Working with an aspiring photographer or taking your own photos can seem appealing, but you risk falling into popular trends that will pass after a few years, and you don’t get the level of artistry that professionals offer. With over 10 years of experience, I have the expertise that sets me apart. My experience and creative insight make me one of the most sought out photographers in the Southeast Houston, Kemah and Galveston, Texas area.
Book our Award-Winning Services
Experience, talent, and style are all important when choosing the right professional photographer. See what past clients are saying about the importance of taking professional photos. I recommend booking your session 6-8 weeks in advance. For newborn sessions, earlier is better, usually within the first ten days. We all know babies don’t care about due dates, but if you’re on the schedule, we’ll work with you.
